Established in 1903, The First National Bank of Hughes Springs is a family owned organization under the Chalybeate Springs holding company.

Mayo Kasling Jr. has been president and CEO since 1985. Under his leadership, the bank has grown from a one-bank facility to the current ten branch banks located in Hughes Springs, Daingerfield, Omaha, Liberty City, Atlanta, Queen City, Jefferson, Harleton, Winona, Maud, and Redwater. 

Each branch operates as a separate entity with accent on community banking. The bank proudly maintains current cutting-edge technology in order to offer better services to their customer base.
