First National Bank employee access to personally identifiable customer information is limited to those with a business reason to know such information. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of customer information. All First National Bank employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and employees who violate this confidentiality will be subject to disciplinary measures. 

The First National Bank of Hughes Springs has taken steps to protect customer information from reasonably anticipated threats or hazards. Customer information is kept in areas of the Bank which limit access to those only who are authorized. Customer information is stored electronically. The electronic terminals at which customer information can be accessed are password protected. All paperwork with customer information is secured in a vault area and locked during non-business hours.
